| Week of August 25 - 29: This week we will take a brief diversion from our
study of early American history and government to learn about the election
process. With the upcoming national conventions of both political parties,
the students need to understand the process of electing the US president.
Following this chapter, we will return to early American government.
Upcoming events: 1. Students should study for 10 - 15 minutes each night.
They can use this time to review their notes, read the
textbook, or play the quia (online review) game.
