As some of you know already, LTC (Ret) Bruce Wilson is no longer with us
as the Senior Army Instructor. He has moved on to higher position
in the civilian world. We would like to give our best wishes to him and
his family. He will surely be missed here at Northshore High School.
Send a Care Package and earn a Service Learning Ribbon. Yes you can earn
this ribbon by "Supporting our Troops". The holidays can be a particularly
difficult time for troops stationed overseas. Care packages are an excellent
way to show you really do care. There are also other ways you can help. The
Department of Defense (DOD) website at www.americasupportsyou.mil lists more
than 150 organizations dedicated to supporting Soldiers and their families.

All after school practices are hereby cancelled until further notice.
Staff meetings on Wednesday afternoon from 3:00-3:30 P.M. This meeting is
for CO, XO, and primary staff officers S-1, S-2, S-3,and S-4 and S-5. Staff
assistants may attend if needed.
All cadets participating in after school activities must have a school
physical. I do not need the actual physical, just a slip from the doctor
stating the cadet is cleared for after school activities. This is a
St Tammany School Board directive. We will start practices as soon as we
have enough cadets cleared to begin.
