I graduated cum laude from Southeastern Louisiana University in 2001 and
continued my education by obtaining my teaching certificate, also at SLU, in
2003. My first teaching job was in St. Bernard Parish where I taught for
two years at Andrew Jackson Fundamental Magnet High School. I began
teaching at Northshore High School in the fall of 2005. This is my third
year teaching in the gifted program. I am currently working toward my
master's in curriculum and instruction at SLU.
