Objectives:
CH 11 Excel - “Inserting Formulas in a Worksheet” – Students will: insert a formula in a cell using “Auto Sum” button; type a formula in the formula bar; use the paste function to insert a formula; name a range of cells and use a range in a formula; create an absolute and mixed cell reference, link cells between worksheets; link worksheets using 3-D references; plan and create a worksheet.

CONTINUE ON LESSON 11 - Excel
Monday –MS OFFICE book - Excel – Ch 11 – Students will complete exercises (1-23) pg 462 that were started last week) . After exercises, Students will do “Thinking Offline” questions 1-13 for Ch 11, page 496. Begin Ch 11 Assessments (pg 498 in Office book, Red section) if time permits.

Tuesday – Excel – Ch 11 – Students will work on Assessments 1-11 (pg 502).

Wednesday – Check answers to Thinking offline questions.
Print packet of selected exercises and assessments from Ch 11 (excel) for a grade. Questions will be checked in class and students will print them.

Thursday – TEST on 11 (excel) (Inserting Formulas in a Worksheet).

Friday – Ch 12 (Excel) (Creating a Chart in Excel) – Complete Exercises 1-7. Save all exercises. Selected ones will be printed next week for a grade in a packet. Ch 12 will be continued next week.

Assessment Procedures:
Wednesday or Thursday - Ch 11 packet of selected exercises and assessments will be printed for a grade.

Thursday- TEST on Excel Ch 11 (Students have questions, and chapter summary to study).
Accommodations/Modifications:
Any student who has an IEP will have their guidelines followed.
Any student who is 504 will have their guidelines followed.
