How often is my child's IEP updated?

IEPs are updated at least once per year.  Should changes need to be made, 
the IEP committee can reconvene at any time.

How often will my child be reevaluated?

Evaluations are good for three years.  If there are new concerns or if it is 
felt that the student may no longer be exceptional, reevaluations can be 
conducted sooner than the three year anniversary.

When will I get information about my child's progress in therapy?

Written progress reports are completed every nine weeks for elementary and 
middle school students, and every six weeks for high school students.  Of 
course, should you have any questions about how your child is doing in 
therapy, please feel free to contact me at any time.
