Mrs. Knecht has been teaching for fifteen years. She taught
college for 1 year at Louisiana Tech and preschool for 3 years in East Baton
Rouge Parish Schools. She has been teaching Kindergarten for eleven years.
She has a Master's degree in Early Childhood Education from LSU. She is
married and has one daughter and three dachshunds a.k.a. weenie dogs. This is
her fourth year teaching at Northwestern.
My mission for the class is to help each child reach his/her potential by
teaching them well, using resources wisely, and giving students a lifelong
love of learning.
