Our current unit is "We Are Thankful!" We will be talking about the first
Thanksgiving along with what we are most thankful for! The kids are hard at
work decorating thier Indian outfits to wear home on Friday before the
holidays! You can help the most with this unit by purely discussing your
family traditions and customs that have been practiced for Thanksgiving!
PHONICS HELP:
You can also help your child write by showing them how to hold their
pens/pencils correctly to trace their name. You can also help by showing
them how to hold scissors at home! Don't forget that only
the FIRST letter of your name should be capitalized.
