Homework

  Hello my BRAVE Friends!

  Remember to be active EVERY DAY! Start with 5 minutes of stretching then 
practice your ABC push ups and do 10-15 situps. Also, practice doing 
jumping jacks correctly....up and open, down and close. Remember to count 
your exercise repititions by 2's, 5's, 10's, 100's or by using your 
spelling words to get a mental workout at the same time! You can then do 
lots of running and jumping for a good cardiovascular workout which will 
help keep your heart and lungs strong and healthy. 
 Always finish your workout with a 5-10 minute cool down stretching session. 
Don't forget to choose healthy foods and snacks from all the food groups we 
are learning about and get lots of rest each day. This will help keep you 
energized, alert, and ready for learning! Drink lots of water each day or 
you can easily get dehydrated. Get atleast 8 hours of sleep and see you 
tomorrow!
