Dear Parents,
I hope you all had a safe and Happy Thanksgiving. I am excited for all we have in store for the month of December. I know there are a lot of events coming up, so feel free to contact me with any questions. Refer to our class calendar on the website as well.
This week we will be studying reindeer. We will learn make a diagram and create a book with reindeer facts. In the cooking center we will make a reindeer snack and complete a glyph. We will make reindeer ornaments for our tree and a reindeer hat.
Please be sure that your child has completed homework through week 4. This is week 5 of homework from the Beary Good Work Binder. I am testing for report cards this week and next. Be sure to practice the following skills::……*—_- letter recognition, beginning letter sounds, rhyming words, name writing, number identification, names the days of the week and the months of the year, draws all 4 shapes, and can create patterns.
