Reading: Theme 4, Lesson 17: Our story this week is "Annie's Gift." We are
now in the second reading book for the last half of the year. There will no
longer be high frequency words in the reading lessons. However, there will
continue to be Robust Vocabulary. The reading tests will continue to have
questions on the weekly focus skill and will also begin to have questions on
the weekly focus strategy. This week's focus skill and focus strategy is the
same as last week:the setting of a story and following directions.
