About The Teacher
I graduated from Louisiana Tech in 1979 with a degree in Early Childhood Development. I taught PreK for 13 years and Kindergarten for 15 years. This will be my 25th year at OLPS. My husband Mark and I have three children. Jake and his wife, Emily are both veterinarians in Lafayette. They have one child, Evangeline. She will be one year old in November. She is our first grandchild. We are expecting our second grandchild in May. Evangeline will be a big sister! Julie is a senior at La. Tech University. She is majoring in Speech pathology and will attend graduate school next year. Anna is a junior at La Tech University. She is majoring in early childhood Education. This will be Ms. Pam's 18th year to work with me. She and her husband, Rodney have one daughter, Morgan, who recently graduated from Baylor University in Texas.
