Thank you students and parents for all of the wonderful Christmas gifts and
thoughtful cards. I enjoyed my time visiting with family and friends over
the holidays and am ready to start the second half of the year. Welcome to

Homework for the week of January 4-8, 2010
Due to school play rehearsals, the students will be given time to complete
homework in class. If your child is in the play, please encourage him/her to
use this time wisely. If your child is not in the play, enjoy the lighter
homework/test load for the next two weeks.
Monday 1/4: Reading - Review Robust Vocabulary 1-5
Spelling - Write words 2x.
Science - Workbook page 125.(should have been completed in class)
Math - Workbook page 35-36. (most should have been completed in
class)
Tuesday 1/5: Reading - Review Robust Vocabulary 6-10.
Spelling - Write words in alphabetical order. (no cursive)
Science - Workbook pages 127-128. Review Lesson Outline pg 125-
