About The Teacher

    This will be my fourth year at OLPS.  I received my degree in Elementary 
Education from the University of New Orleans.  My ten years of teaching 
experience includes first and third grades in both public and parochial 
schools.  
    I am very excited about the upcoming school year.  The advances in 
technology for the classroom that we are implementing this year will 
significantly change the way we teach and the children learn.  It could not 
have been done without the continued support of our wonderfully generous 
parents and parishioners.  We are so blessed.
    

Mission For The Class

     My goal is to provide a positive atmosphere for each child to grow and 
learn.  I wish to instill a lifelong love of reading to learn as well as 
reading for pleasure. Within a caring environment I expect to demonstrate the 
value of hard work and commitment.  By showing respect for each student’s 
uniqueness I hope to promote a growth in spirituality.  It is my expectation 
that each student will leave third grade with a desire to be a better person 
in all facets of life.
