What time should my child be at school?

Your child should be at school between 7:30 and 7:45. However, a child is not 
considered tardy until the 7:55 bell rings.

What do I do if my child is late for school?

If your child is late for school, you should check in at the office and get a 
tardy slip for your child before bringing him/her to the classroom.

What if my child is sick?

YOu may call the office and let us know that your child is sick or send a 
note with your child when he or she returns to school telling why your child 
was absent. Your child should not return to school until he/she has been free 
from fever for at least 24 hours.

Does everyone have to take a nap?

Everyone has to take a nap or rest quietly. we nap for about an hour and a 
half. We listen to soft music or stories on the tape player while we rest.

Is my child allowed to bring a pillow for nap time?

Your child may bring a VERY SMALL pillow to lay on. IT will stay in your 
child's backpack until nap time. We have light weight blankets for each child 
to cover with.

Are the children allowed to bring toys to school?

We would rather the children leave toys at home. They sometimes get lost or 
broken at school. However, your child may bring something on his/her share 
day. Please put child's name on ANYTHING brought to school.
