Tuition and Registration Fees


Registration fee is $165.00 for the oldest child and $150.00 for each additional child in the family.
The registration fee is non-refundable.

There is a technology fee of $85.00 per child, which is also non-refundable.
A textbook/testing/co-curricular fee of $40 per child, which is also non-refundable.

All of the following documents must be presented at the time of registration in order for a child to be considered for registration and acceptance.

  1. Birth Certificate
  2. Baptismal Certificate (only for Catholic students)
  3. Immunization Records - State Law Requirement
  4. Social Security Number
  5. Grades 1-7 - current report card, past report cards and standardized test scores
  6. Date of First Communion (if appropriate)

Copies are required; please do not bring originals. The copies are kept in the school office until the child withdraws.

Early Childhood Program Requirements

Tuition 2017-2018

3/4 year old Pre-Kindergarten $5,250.00 per child (No Family Plan)

         Supporting Parishioner * $4,900.00 per child (No Family Plan)

Grades Kindergarten through 7th

         1 Child - $5,050.00

         Supporting Parishioner * $4,700.00

         2 Children - $9,395.00

         Supporting Parishioner * $8,695.00

         3 Children - $13,035.00

         Supporting Parishioner * $11,985.00

         4 Children - $15,970.00
         Supporting Parishioner * $14,570.00
        (Additional children +300 per child)

* Supporting Parishioner Discount 
Supporting parishioners will receive a discount on yearly tuition. Parishioners will qualify as supporting parishioners for the school year if they supported the church in the amount of at least $400.00 during the prior calendar year. Your parish support is reviewed annually.

OLDP Nursery (Tuition includes Before / After Care and
   5 Full Days- monthly $660
      3 Full Days – monthly $460
      (3-day plans must designate days of attendance at registration)
     *Late fee after the 5th of the month - $30

Tuition Payment Plans (through Gulf Coast Bank)
The following options are offered through Automatic Bank Draft only:
1.   Payment in Full (by June 1, 2017)
2.   Bank Financing - Gulf Coast (11 months - first payment - June 1, 2017)
3.   3-payment Plan - Due June 1, August 1, October 1 *
Not available to families not meeting the agreed upon payment cycle for 2016-2017
      * Option 3 is only open to families that register prior to April 15, 2017


Charges will be incurred for the following:

1.   Late Registration fee of $100 will be due after February 24, 2016 for returning students.
2.   Late 3-payment tuition plan (late fee charge after the 5th of payment month) - $50 per month.

3.   Gulf Coast tuition loan charge backs - $250

4.   NSF checks - $40
