Unit Description

Students will explore activities to discover trends in data to present in appropriate graphs and tables.  The information revealed in the graphs will lead the students to make predictions and summaries.  Cause-and-effect relationships and critical thinking skills will be utilized to make informed decisions. Activities that use collection and organizational techniques will deepen number sense, estimation, use of manipulative, and technology as they explore problem solving.
 
·         Use deductive reasoning
  • Represent relationship in an input-output situation
 We are  continuously working on multiplication basic facts. Many students need to practice every night. I have sent home cards with many students.
