Spelling- Our spelling words for the week are;

In phonics we will be working with the ch, sh, wh, and th sounds.
Vocabulary - words to know by sight (not necessary to spell)
ancient - very old;having to do with times long ago.
hopeful - having promice that what is wished for will happen.
unable - not having the power or skill to do something.
confirm - prove to be true or correct.
valid - correct based on facts or proof.
Reading - "Meet the Super Croc" is a non-fiction story.
Reading Words for the week: chest, mule, this, chin, cute, thank, when, ship,
she, that, white, them, small, give, now and your. These words need to be
studied for the oral reading word test on Friday.
Math - We are working with graphs this week and also recognizing numbers to
100 in written form, oral form and reading form. We are also working on
writing numbers in the correct presentation.
