This will be my 23nd year of teaching! I have taught at PES since it
opened, Mandeville Kindergarten, Mandeville Middle and Bayou Lacombe Middle
School. Most of my experience is in lower elementary, this being my fifth
year to teach first grade. In the 2005-2006 school year, I was selected as
the Teacher of the Year for PES. I also was the 2005-2006 Teacher of
Distinction for PES and selected to receive the Slidell Elks - "My Teacher"
award for lower elementary.
My mission this year is to instill a love of reading and learning in my
students and to make school a positive place where all children grow
and experience success.
