A Completed Portfolio Assessment

Standards and Benchmarks:
Objectives:
Students work demonstrates excellence in craftsmanship, originality and imagination. Completed works will include two or more principles of design. Start new projects depicting a place and or culture of Louisiana. Student will provide (their own resources of) photos or images depicting their choice of subject, and choice of media mutually agreed upon by student and teacher. Portfolio assessment.
Resources and Materials:
Guided handouts; portfolio and all classroom and personal resource. 16 or more works of art.
Differentiation:
Student’s selection of appropriate materials with individual and assisted help. .Students have chosen to complete Louisiana project outside of class as independent work.
Preparing Students for the Lesson:

Student shows reflective ability to critique artworks of other’s and his or her owns. Student will uses vocabulary correctly and demonstrates thorough understanding.
Assessment:
All elements of portfolio are completed and included. The portfolio is neat , very well organized, and labled.
