Weekly Overview: |
Unit Description: Congruence and Triangles Essential Questions: Which system of measurement is most appropriate for situations? Why? How can the relationship between the angles formed by parallel lines and a transversal be determined? How do I know that a shape has symmetry? Congruence? Resources/Materials: Textbook, Transparencies, Workbook Standards/Benchmarks/GLEs: Form and test conjectures concerning geometric relationships including lines, angles, and polygons, with and without technology. [G-1-H] Determine angle measurements using the properties of parallel, perpendicular, and intersecting lines in a plane. (G-2-H) | ||||
