Dear Parents and Guardians

Please be aware that we have only two weeks left before semester exams 
begin.  Students should make up all missed assignments and turn in all 
excused absences to the front office.  If you need any assistance, please 
remember you can contact me or your child's teachers by email.

If your child is having academic problems, please encourage him/her to take 
advantage of our "Homework Center" in the library.  It is open before school 
and until 3:15 after school.  Student tutors are available, as well as 
adults. They can use the computer and printer if they need it, and it is a 
great place to get away to prepare for tests.  Don't forget that teachers 
also provide tutoring for the students and have posted tutoring hours on 
their classroom doors for students who need academic assistance.  The 
teachers are more than happy to meet with them before and after school.

If you have any comments or concerns regarding your child's 
progress, you can contact your child's teachers by email or me at 985-649-
8166, Ext. 226.
