I graduated from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Physical
Education K-12. I attended Salmen High School my sophomore
and junior years before moving to Orlando. This is my fifth year teaching
physical education at SHS. I have a son and a daughter. I am available to
students and parents for conference or extra help. I am the cheerleading
sponsor and coach the boys' and girls'cross country teams. You will
see me at many extracurricular activities as I enjoy seeing students excel in
and out of the classroom.
Our class mission is to promote a healthy lifestyle that emphasizes fitness
and physical activity, not just skill and competition. Our objective is to
teach students to enjoy physical activity and what it takes to stay fit, so
they can enjoy physical activity as an adult, as much as they did as a child.
