Oh, my goodness. The Month of May is flying by much to quickly, and the
Stingers are anxious to leave the hive.
We had a wonderful weekend at the Shaw house --- our youngest son, Gerard,
graduated from LSU-S!!!!
HOW HAVE WE MADE IT TO THE LAST FULL WEEK OF SCHOOL????????
I want to thank you for all that you have done every day to make this year
such a huge success. I am so proud of each and every one of our students.

They have changed the date that we will go and watch the fifth
grade play. We are now going on Thursday at 9:30.

GRADES - I have had several emails and calls about how JPAMS is averaging
grades. Remember that homework counts for 10% while classwork, projects, and
tests count for 90%. If there is ever a concern about grades or averaging,
please contact me!
BOX TOPS -- Please remember to keep sending in those box tops! I have all my
neighbors saving their box tops for us. They add up so quickly. THANK YOU
Box Top Volunteers!!!!
Your child's Weekly Conduct/Study Habits Report will come home every Monday.
Please review both sides, sign both sides, and return to school on Tuesday.
All Stingers who have received zero minus marks in study habits and conduct
will receive a treat on Monday!
