Dear Parents,
We have a busy week with exam preparation and exams. Keep the faith! We have done well and I anticipate no problems academically. There is, however, an issue with co-operation. I am going to be "Scrooge-like" and take points off conduct grades and assign punish work (to be signed) for those who can not do as asked. (Santa would be disappointed with some.)
We will celebrate the completion of the quarter and the start of our Christmas break on Friday. The "party" will begin about 9:30 A.M., not before. The kids will be occupied with carols, videos, etc.early in the day. You are welcome to assist and / or attend the celebration after 9:30. Room moms can check in the office to check their arrival/set-up time. We'll enjoy refreshments until about 10:10-10:15, then pick up and have dimissal at 10:30A.M.
I would like to thank each of you for the kind wishes I have already received. it's been a good start to a great year. Enjoy your break and help Santa replenish school supplies and encourage your student to come back ready to work in the new year!
