General Info

Please make an effort to have your child at school with enough time to be  
unpacked and seated BEFORE the 7:55 A.M. bell. 

If your child is absent, please call the school office or e-mail me to 
request his/her assignments and books be sent to the office.

It is important for parents to assist students in coming to school prepared 
with marked school supplies. Some supplies will need to be replenished during
the year.

To set up a phone conference or an appointment with the teacher, please 
leave a voice mail or send an e-mail if you require a quick response.

School Supply Organization
1. Binder - one plastic sleeve, one divider, and several sheets of paper for 
each class subject. Label the dividers with the subject titles Math, Reading, 
Religion, Social Stuides, Science, Language, and Spelling.
2. St. Clement of Rome folder will be used for notes from the office.
3. Mead notebook will be used for journal writing.
4. One pencil case will hold pencils, pens, highlighter,reinforcements. The 
second pencil case is the Art Case and holds crayons, markers, scissors, and 
glue.
5. Pocket folders  Computer and French
We will collect the four manila folders and two pocket folders
6. Cover textbooks with paper bookcovers ONLY. No booksoxs will be allowed 
this year.
7. OPTIONAL cover workbooks with clear contact paper.
8. Put names on all supplies, in each textbook and workbook, lunch kits, and 
sweatshirts.
9. The second SCR assignment should remain at home until it is needed in the 
second quarter of the year.
