Conduct grades will be given as a separate grade for each subject.

Homework

Homework is an essential part of the learning process. Homework will be assigned in class and will be written on the board and posted on the homework website. It is to be completed each night and brought to class the following day. If homework is not completed or turned in during class, five points will be deducted from the student’s quarterly homework grade. Late homework will not be accepted.

Expectations

• Respect yourself and others (including their belongings).
• Come to class prepared with all materials to learn.
• Listen carefully and follow all directions.

Rewards will appropriately be given for those who follow the classroom expectations.

Consequences

• Verbal Warning
• 1 point deduction from conduct grade
• Written punish work will be assigned and three points will be deducted
• Conduct notice or detention and five points deducted

Each student will begin the quarter with a 100% conduct grade. Students are responsible for maintaining this grade by following classroom expectations. Conduct grades can be accessed online.
