P.E.

PreK 3  and PreK 4 each have scheduled P.E. once a week for 30 minutes.  
Kindergarten through second grade have P.E. twice a week for 30 minutes.  
Third grade through seventh grade have P.E. for 50 minutes twice a week.      
My main objective is for the students to be physically active while having 
fun.  The students participate in activities which promote development of 
motor skills, physical fitness, and many sports skills.  Many team sports are 
included in our middle school program as well as fitness stations and the 
Presidential Physical Fitness test.No students are graded on athletic 
ability.  They are graded on participation, cooperation, attitude, effort and 
sportsmanship.
