NewsFlash

WEEK OF December 14th - December 18th:
This week we will learn about Letter Jj and the Jj sound.  We will  sing "Jack and Jill" and "John Jacob Jingleheimer Schmidt."  We will talk about Jesus, Joseph, and The Christmas Story.  The children have been having such a great time singing Christmas carols in class each day!  They are learning about the true meaning of Christmas and why it is so important to remember Jesus this time of year.  We are still counting down the days until Christmas.  I hope the children are having fun counting down with Santa at home!
This week we will also have fun making a Rudolph the Reindeer treat! Yummy!

**Friday is our Christmas Program.
I hope everyone received the invitation that was sent home in your child's folder last week.  Our Christmas Celebration will be this Friday December 18th at 9:30 A.M. in the St. Clement of Rome church.  Please send your child to school at the usual arrival time.  Please wear a plain greet shirt to school this day.  Snacks will not be necessary as we will be having our "Happy Birthday, Jesus!" Celebration. Parents and Grandparents are invited to attend our program.  Early dismissal following our Christmas program - 10:30 A.M.  NO AFTERCARE.  This will be a busy day!  We hope to see you all there!
