I am very blessed to be teaching second grade here at the Cathedral School.
I have been teaching for over fifteen years. I am married to Jon Paul
Olivier and we have been blessed with two wonderful children, Andrew and
Dianna. Teaching is a passion and a mission for me. I believe we are
called here to teach our children spiritually and academically. We must help
every child to love himself so that he can love others. When we love
ourselves we are free to fully live our God's plans for our lives. We must
work together to help our children grow in love and confidence.
Our school theme for this academic school year is "Be a Disciple of God."
The students of 2-B will be challenged to grow spiritually and academically.
We will strive "2be" God's missionaries of love and peace. We will learn to
love and embrace each other, and treat each other with dignity and respect,
the way we want to be treated. Academically, we will be challenged to learn
many things, including, mastery of basic addition and subtraction facts,
reading for enjoyment and for information, writing paragraphs and letters,
and to live responsibly in our environment.
