| We are having such a great time in K5B. The children
are learning so much, so fast!
Just a few notes:
Every Friday is a Jeans Day. The children can wear jeans with a school shirt
or red, white, or blue t-shirt.
You are welcome to come and help with lunch any day, even if you are not
signed up to be a Cafeteria Helper. The children eat at 10:30.
Your child is welcome to bring a small blanket or towel and a stuffed animal
to rest with each day. We will send the blankets home to be washed every
Friday. We have many "Super Sleepers" in our class!
Spalding is coming along very well so far. Please note that we will not
teach be teaching the phonograms in numerical order as they are in the
package. Please be sure to notice the upcoming phonograms on the Friday
Parent letters, because we will test every Friday. If you have any questions
about Spalding Phonograms, please let me know. Your child will be reading
before you know it!!!
