Ms. Louvierre is in her 12th year of teaching, her 9th at St. Joseph.
While at St. Joseph, she has always taught in the Middle School. First,
she began teaching World History and Biology and later moved into 6th
grade Religion and continued teaching Biology. Presently, she is
teaching 6th, 7th, & 8th grade Religion. She is co-
editing the yearbook with Mrs. Hamiter and works with students on KJOE
television.
Ms. Louvierre has been very active in taking Greco Courses in Theology,
attending catechetical conferences throughout the diocese and recently, at
the University of Dallas. Ms. Louvierre is an active member at St. Joseph
Parish and is also a member of the People of Praise, an ecumenical,
Christian community originating in South Bend, Indiana with over 20 branches
in and outside of the United States including Grenada, Canada, and Hawaii.
The Mission for our class if to come to a better understanding of who
Christ is and His purpose in our lives. My mission is also to increase the
student's faith through knowledge of the Bible, Church teachings, and
through praise and worship of God.
