About The Teacher
Hi! I am Katie Saravia. This is my third year at St. Joseph and I am so excited to teach all of your eager 3rd graders. I am married and have two children - Lauren and Isaiah. I received a B.S. in Environmental Science in 2003 from LSUS and earned my teaching certificate in May 2009, also from LSUS. I'm looking forward to a great year! Hey! I am Michelle Talley. I am a native Texan and moved to Shreveport to play soccer for LSUS. Go Pilots! I recieved a B.S. in Psychology in 2009 and I am now working towards earning my teachers certification. I have worked with children by being a Girl Scout leader, soccer coach, and a CCE teacher. I am so excited to be teaching 3rd grade at St. Josephs and I am looking forward to an awesome year!
