When do graded papers come home?

Graded papers and important notes will come home in a folder on
Wednesdays of each week. Please check over all papers carefully,
make sure that the number of papers agrees with the number
written on the chart, and initial the chart by the appropriate
date. Please remove the graded papers from the folder before
returning it to school on Thursday.

What is our absentee policy?

When a student is absent, we write the work that they missed and
attach any assignments that need to be completed at home. The
student is responsible for asking for their make-up work, as well
as any tests that they missed, when they return. If a parent
would like to pick up make-up work, please call in the morning
and allow us until the end of the day to bring it to the office.
The student is allowed as many days as they were absent to
complete the make-up work.

What is our behavior policy?

If a student chooses to misbehave, he/she is asked to write
his/her name in our behavior book. After the third time the book
is signed, a time-out will be given, which is served during
recess. Three time-outs will result in a visit to the office and
a possible after-school or Saturday detention. Severe misbehavior
will be sent to the office immediately.
