About The Teacher

I am currently in my fifteenth year of teaching. This year marks my 
thirteenth year at Zachary High School.  In addition to my teaching load I 
also serve as the head of the Social Studies Department, sponsor the Student 
Government Association, coach the school's competition mock trial team, and 
serve as the head coach for the ZHS Cross Country teams.  I have two 
daughters, Reagan and Jessica. Reagan will be in fourth grade at Copper 
Mill.  Jessica will be in second grade at Zachary Elementary this year.

Mission For The Class

All Social Studies classes at ZHS seek to give our students the knowledge and
skills necessary to become successful, productive citizens of our democracy.
