All prospective Health Occupations Students,
Please see Mrs.Von Rosenberg & check with front office for the forms
before the end of school. You will get 3 forms: one is for what to expect to
qualify for taking Health Occupations & 2 recommendation forms for 2 of your
core teachers.Each student must read supply list, check GPA & get report
card to show 2.5 or above, pick up teacher recommendation sheets from me.
Pharmacy tech students must establish a linkage or contact with a working
pharmacist at a pharmacy & get a one page resume ready over the summer to
present to them to obtain a clinical site.
Uniforms & accessories are not to be purchased until 1st six weeks. Any
questions regarding any health class please refer to me or come to my new
classroom on the middle hall.Have a great summer!!!! Mrs. Von
ALL SENIORS of 2008 successfully passed the Nurse Aide Certification 100% &
will earn a certificate & endorsement for Health Occupations with the State
of Louisiana.
Z MED CLUB: ZACHARY HIGH SCHOOL'S HEALTH CAREERS CLUB. OFFICERS WILL BE
NOMINATED @ 1ST MEETING & VOTING NEXT MEETING. WE ARE NOW COLLECTING DUES
& T SHIRT $$, $5 for club fee & $15 for T-shirt if ordered. See your HEALTH

SENIORS: GET NAVY SCRUBS WITH ZMED LOGO AS UNIFORM, WHITE TENNIS SHOES ,ALL
PAPERWORK, CPR & LAB TESTING BEFORE THE END OF OCTOBER FOR CLINICALS,
STETHOCOPE & WATCH WITH
SECOND HAND.
JUNIORS: 2 PIECE UNIFORM WITH ZMED LOGO BY DEC. 16TH, GET WATCH WITH SECOND
