2/10Students received their animal and plant cell labs back and they may make corrections to their CONCLUSION questions only. These corrections are vital to being able to correctly answer Conclusion questions for the Egg Lab.We've started the Egg Lab. There will be homework every night until the lab is completed. The final report will be due the Monday we return from vacation - 2/27.Extra help sessions are every morning during the week of 2/13. We are excited about our new text books. They have plenty of activities that support our studies and also have online links that students can do at home. There are even tests and assessments that can be done online that will provide instant feed back as students study. Hopefully soon we will have online accessibility to the text book as well.
We are always in need of tissues and paper towels!The Science Lab can always use bottles of light Karo syrup.Extra Help: Students requiring extra help with any of the concepts we are learning in class are encouraged to come in before school at 7:30. Students should just check in with me the day before and be sure to bring questions about the content.All Science graded papers stay in the students' portfolios until the end of the quarter. At that time, they will go home with a sign and return sheet. If you would like your child's graded papers sent home upon their return to the student, please send in a note to that effect.
