To put it simply...I absolutely love science. I have always had a fascination with the natural world and
how everything is connected. I have studied environmental science and engineering at the State
University of New York College of Environmental Science for four years and graduated with a B.A. in
Wood Products Engineering and Environmental Science. Currently my wife (Brynne), my dog (Cedar) and
I live in Westford, MA...a trek yes but I feel that every mile is worth it to be in such a wonderful school
with such a gifted staff and excellent group of students.
We had a great time last year and I only expect that this year will be even better! In Earth and Space
Science we will discuss everything from why California could possibly fall into the
ocean to what a Super Nova is. My goal for this class is to bring the world of science to everyone’s
attention while providing a hands-on work environment. I not only want it to be an educational ride, but
a fun one. We will cover 8 units in the class; each one very important in it’s own respect along with
being building blocks for the years to come. My number one request is that every student puts in his/
her best effort with everything we do in class.
