 *Students should be prepared to display and discuss their projects with visitors. Students may be dismissed from school at the close of the gathering through the office and should take their projects home at this time. We look forward to seeing you there!
Old News: 
On November 17th, a notice went home to parents from Dr. Pandiscio regarding his request for parents to contact Governor Patrick about his recent 9C regional transportation cut. After attending the PTO meeting this week, where Dr. Pandiscio spoke, I have contacted the Governor's office to inform them about how this cut will not be a cut on the road, but a cut in the classrooms. If you haven't already, I would encourage you to carefully reread this notice to decide if there is anything you can do to help out in this matter, which seems as if it will have a great impact on the education of our children and how our school will run in future years. 
 
 

P.S.-Parents are needed for the SIMCO commitee for school improvement which will review our school improvement plan and handbook, including changes in policies that affect your student everyday (i.e. homework, cell phones, honor roll). If anyone is interested or would like more information, please let me know! I will also be at these meetings about once a month (usually Tuesdays around 3:15-4:15).
