Welcome to Fourth Grade and Ms. Carlson's class!
This is my 9th year teaching fourth grade at Clyde Brown. Before coming
to Millis I taught fifth grade for five years in a small school in Roxbury. I
then spent a year teaching third grade in Milton.
I received a degree in Elementary Education after studying at Bridgewater
State College. I earned my Master's Degree in Special Education from
Framingham State College.
I am a huge sports fan, especially in the Fall with the start of football
season. Go Pats! I have begun running and have run in a few 5ks. I love to
spend time outside and especially love the ocean.
Fourth Grade is a fabulous grade, with tons of learning taking place. It is a
very busy, but fun year. There is more responsibility for fourth graders, as
well as more independence. I am so excited to be able to work with your
child, and look forward to building a strong team of child, parent, and
teacher!
