AnnouncementsA Parent Open House/Registration for the 2013-2014 preschool year was held on Monday, Nov. 26, 2012 from 6:30-7:30 pm at Cole School. As of May 2013, the preschool sessions are currently full and there is a wait list for the 2013-2014 preschool program. If you have any registration questions, please email Debbie Connery at: dconnery@boxfordschools.org or call (978)887-2856 ext. 103. Thank you! Welcome to my 4 year old Preschool Class! Many thanks to our assistants Mrs. Parcellin and Ms. Reeve who continue to be so wonderful with the students and the staff.
Joanne Parcellin is a wonderful teacher who has been at Cole for 6 years. She is extremely organized, helpful, kind, creative, and funny! She has a positive attitude daily and is a very talented artist! Joanne is very invested in the children's education, articulate, and highly interested in teaching vocabulary skills to the students. Brooke Reeve is in her 2nd year in the Cole Preschool. She has her BS in Elementary Education and is always happy, smiling, and interested in teaching young children. Brooke is very positive, observant, and willing to help out in all areas!
We will be sending weekly newsletters home via email to keep you updated on our curriculum. This newsletter will include weekly activities, books we are reading, the gym curriculum, parent topics, and any important dates and workshops. Please check your child's backpack daily for additional papers from Cole School. *Please see my teacher page for our curriculum! Thanks! An In-House field trip sponsored by the PTO for "Ms. Frizzle and Science Activities" will be held in early April!

MRS.ROWEN'S CLASSES
I would like to welcome my 3 year old students and families. I am very excited that I will also be doing lunch buddies this school year. I am so fortunate to have Barbara Cloonan working with me. We plan on having a really good time! My two assistants in the morning classes will be Lorelee Graffeo and Patty Frizzell. Lorelle worked with me the last few years in the afternoon class. She loves young children and enjoys watching them grow and learn. Patty has worked with my in the preschool many years and in the past years has been working in the Lunch Buddies program.
I believe that we have a wonderful team of experienced staff who have your child's best interest in mind!
We are a very positive, loving, kind, and child centered team. Please feel free to approach us with any concerns and questions. You can always send me an email at lrowen@boxfordschools.org or call me and I will return your call as soon as I can. You will be receiving newsletter regularly to update the themes and goals of our program. If anyone wants to sign up for Lunch Buddies, please let me know which days and times.
