I have been teaching first grade at Mayo Elementary School for fourteen
years. I received my undergraduate degree from Westfield State College and
received my graduate degree in Literacy from Lesley University. My husband
and I have two sons, Samuel & Benjamin, that keep us very busy & entertained.
Some of my interests outside of school include spending time with my family,
reading, running, and photography.
I love the amazing progress students make during their first grade
year. You can be certain that I will monitor and celebrate your child's
progress every step of the way. Your job is to admire whatever your child
brings home and make your child feel like a celebrity for all the brave, hard
work they do!
