| - Medications must be administered at school by the nurse. If your child
needs to receive medication at school, the parent must provide a written
doctor's order and written parent permission. Please note that all
medications - prescription and over-the-counter medications (like Tylenol and
Advil) require a written doctor's order to be administered. This is a state
law.
- All medication must be in the original pharmacy or manufacturer's
container. No other containers are acceptable. (I am not able to administer
any medication that is sent to school in a baggie or an envelope.)
- All medications must be delivered to the school nurse by a parent or
responsible adult. Children are not allowed to bring medication to school.
