Monday, November 30, 2009 B-Day
I'll introduce the next vocabulary unit today, List 3. After we take a look at the list, we'll have some class time to start the homework assignment. The homework is to do the workbook exercises for List 3 called, "Completing the Sentence" and "Synonyms and Antonyms."
Tuesday, December 1, 2009 C-Day
After the homework check, we'll turn to back to our writing portfolios as I give you back your evaluated descriptive writing pieces and you set goals for the next writing piece based on y comments and your own ideas. Your homework is to do the next two workbook exercises in Vocabulary Workshop for list 3 called "Choosing the Right Word" and "Vocabulary in Context."
