 No School - Half Day November 25th 

Term 2 - Students will turn in a book review in place of the book project. Due January 12, 2010.

 Vocabulary test - Friday, December 4 - Ask your child about their preparation for this assessment.




Please have your child review multiplication facts.  We are developing multiple-digit multiplication and long division skills. 


You may want to check student's folders to see if there are any other notes from the school that have not been given to you. 

 We continue to work on Random Acts of Tribeness and the students have made so much progress in this short amount of time. Student's willingness to help their fellow classmates makes our room an enjoyable place to be.
 

  You may want to have your child bring in a cushion in for their classroom chair.  Although I do encourage movement throughout the room, students are sitting more that I would like, and cushions can provide some comfort.
