Students will have homework daily to help reinforce taught skills. They may have a math sheet, reading
sheet, spelling sheet, or combination of them all. It is also expected that students spend at least 15
minutes reading every night. In the back of the student agenda is a reading chart. Parents must initial
and date that their child read for 15 minutes for a check to be given. Students can check up to 2 boxes
per night (although they are encouraged to read for as long as they want to!). When the chart is full,
students will be given a prize from the prize box. The first prize is a hawk dollar that can be used at
