These are actual math open responses taken from MCAS tests. The TOW will be assigned on Monday night and due on the following Wednesday. The children will be showing their work in problem solving and then writing the steps in a clear and logical way. They will be scored on the accuracy of their problem solving, the clarity of their writing and the layout of their computation. I am looking for labels, easy to understand computation and number sentences in the writing to prove their thinking.
