Mr. Wechsler, LICSW, is a licensed independent clinical social worker. He
has been working in the mental health field since 1973 in a variety of
different positions.
Mr. Wechsler received his Master's in Social Work in 1980 from the Smith
College School for Social Work.
This is the twelfth year for the FOCUS Program, an alternative "school
within a school" of the Holliston High School. The FOCUS Program exists to
support students who may not be successful in the main stream of school.
The FOCUS Program is dedicated to the support of these students by providing
frequent contact and counseling with program staff, and a safe place for the
students to go when they feel overwhelmed by the academic and/or social
demands of the school setting.
