I am so excited to be back at King Philip Middle School. I am confident that 
the 2009-2010 school year will bring new experiences for me as well as my 
students.  I am beginning my 10th year at KPMS where I have been an 
English/Language Arts teacher and the Curriculum Team Leader for the English 
Department.

I did my undergraduate work at Framingham State College earning a BA in 
English with a minor in secondary education.  I received my M.Ed. at 
Cambridge College in School Administration.

I have three children.  My oldest is a daughter who is Dept. Chairperson and 
a history teacher at a south shore public high school.  My second is a son 
who is an accountant turned fitness trainer (he went from crunching numbers 
to crunching abs!) and my third child is a daughter who works for a public 
school district as a behavioral therapist for children with autism. My 
greatest joy these days is spending time with them, my new granddaughter and 
my husband.
