About The Teacher
Welcome to the 2010-2011 school year and to 7th grade Language Arts! This is going to be an exciting year, culminating with the creation of an autobiography project that you can share with family and friends. Since I will be finding out all about you over the coming months, here is a little information about me: The year I was born, Walter Morrison invented the Frisbee and you could mail a letter for 3 cents. I grew up in Claremont, New Hampshire and received my B.A. from the University of New Hampshire and my Master’s Degree in Education (with Middle School and Secondary English Certification) from Cambridge College. I have been teaching Language Arts for more than 20 years. In my limited free time, I enjoy traveling with my husband, doting on our five grandchildren (and two grandpuppies and three grandkitties), skiing, walking, and correcting grammatical and spelling errors. I am also an avid fan of the Red Sox and chocolate.
