<div align="center"><strong></strong></div><div align="left"><span style="font-family: Comic Sans MS;"></span><span style="font-size: 24pt; font-family: Comic Sans MS;"></span>Dear Room 108 Families,<br /><br />I am pleased to welcome Mrs. Picariello to our Room 108 Family!  She will be a wonderful addition to our classroom, staff, and community.  She has met the class and is eager to begin her work with your children.  Mrs. Picariello is a great fit for our room. After vacation, she will spend a full three days in Room 108  to ensure a smooth transition.  <br /><br />Mrs. Picariello had volunteered her time to come in and hold conferences with me so she can better get to know the children and their families.  I really want to thank you for your support with this process.  I know that everyone has busy lives and it means a lot that you are understanding of this different process than the fall.  <br /> <br />My last day is planned for March 9th with the possibility of it being March 2nd.  I will keep you all posted as soon as I know more.  The children have been great throughout this process.  They haven't asked many questions.  I actually do not think there was  a single one!  If your child has questions or seems nervous, please send me a quick email and I can try to help ease his or her fears.  I am confident that things will continue on as they have been and routines will be familiar.  This will help them feel safe and comfortable.  <br /><br />Mrs. Picariello will have an email account set up upon her start date so you can email her with any questions and or concerns you may have.  Her email will be mpicariello@sch.ci.lexington.ma.us.  You can always CC me on any emails that are of importance.  I can't promise I will read them within a certain time frame but it may be helpful in some way.  <br /><br />Again, thank you for your support.  I look forward to seeing you all in the next week or two for your early spring conference.  <br /><br />Have a great vacation with your family!  <br /><br />Mrs. Shew<br /> </div>
